The Mangar Bathing Cushion is perfect if you have reasonable upper body stability, the inflatable Bathing Cushion gently lowers you into the bath and raises you back out when required, all at the touch of a button.
Whilst at the bottom of the bath you can choose whether to keep some air in the cushion to provide a supportive backrest, or release it all to lie right back for a completely natural bath.

Your Occupational Therapist normally applies for this on your behalf through the NDIS or state agency.

Robert Knott –
As Carer for my wife I have been monitoring her successful nightly use of a Bathing Cushion since the beginning of July
2015. It enables her to bathe independently. I only have to place it in the bath and remove it.
Constant monitoring and supervision is essential of the entry and exit from the bath together with provision of hand grips to facilitate safe movement from a seat and back to a seat for drying.
